SureStay Plus by Best Western Kincardine

Will stay again! With all the mixed reviews, I tried to keep my expectations low. What a pleasant surprise..... Breakfast was so filling. So many options hot, cold or warm. Self serve. Cereal,oatmeal , sausage, eggs etc. Had fun making waffles. Room: comfy bed, seemed clean and lots of extra towels. Cable tv: more than 20 channels including kid's. Con: seemed the a/c wasn't working in room. However , the window air was quite sufficient for this season. Service: from calling days prior - questions were answered. Smooth check in and out. Even pleasant person keeping breakfast area tidy. Comparably affordable. did not check out other amenties - can't comment. Stay went well.

We did a 200km + snow mobile ride up to Kincardine. This hotel wasn't too far from the trail. Amazing room, free breakfast and although they were under Reno's we still didn't hear any noise.

Best Western Kincardine, Ontario – Weekend Stay Review I stayed at Best Western in Kincardine over the weekend and had a great experience. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the basic appliances provided. Fresh, fluffy towels were available, and to my surprise, a new set was delivered the next day without even asking. Breakfast was well-organized. The young woman managing the breakfast area was professional, polite, and very attentive—she kept everything well-stocked and the space clean throughout the morning. One thing that really stood out was the assistant manager. He was always around—whether at the front desk or helping the staff with daily tasks. He was approachable, professional, and had a friendly manner that made guests feel welcome. He shared helpful information about local spots and things to do in Kincardine, which we really appreciated. His presence gave the place a warm and well-run feel. Overall, everything was neat, well-maintained, and managed with care. I had no complaints and left feeling truly satisfied with my stay.

The staff is great. The room and facilities are clean. The fitness room is not fantastic and could use some work. But besides that I would recommend!

Excellent location. Wide hallways and clean. Lobby was inviting. Staff were friendly and personable. Our room was huge and easily accessed from the front door. The room could be a little cleaner. Floors felt slightly sticky, the table had not been fully wiped and the kitchen sink was not clean. The sink and counters were clean and the dishes that they supply all looked clean. The beds were clean and fresh and very comfy. The bathroom was clean with fresh towels. Would stay again for the location and price.

The hotel needs a bit of care (fresh paint) in some areas. However, very quiet affordable room with a complimentary breakfast with everything you could want. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful and it's a great location accessing the shores of Lake Huron. No need to spend more for accommodations in Kincardine.

We were attending a wedding, we arrived later and someone was at the front desk, very pleasant and friendly. The floor in the elevator could have been cleaned, the bathroom floor had a crack in it from end to end. The ceiling had a couple of wires hanging like just waiting to install something? The room was nice enough and clean. At check out the person was very pleasant again. Did not stay for the breakfast, it did smell good.

The property is well maintained, and common areas were consistently clean. Breakfast was simple but adequate, providing a good start to the day. Aman, the breakfast hostess was professional and was quick to help us in our request. Parking was ample and hassle-free, which is always a plus when traveling by car. Overall, SureStay Plus is a reliable and comfortable choice for both short stays and family trips.
